Pay As We Build™

Keep your capital working.

With SLH's Pay As We Build™ model, you don't hand over a massive labor deposit before work begins. Your weekly labor draw is sized to each project's contract, scope, schedule and labor requirements, with a $4,000 weekly minimum, and it's credited toward your contracted price as work progresses.

Same project price either way. The difference is when your money leaves your hands: after that first draw, you pay weekly as the work progresses, and every draw is credited toward your contracted price.

How it works

Pay for progress. Not promises.™

  1. 1

Your project price is set up front

The scope visit produces a full proposal: contracted price, timeline, and your weekly labor draw.

  2. 2

Your weekly draw fits the project

The draw is sized to the project’s contract, scope, schedule and labor requirements, with a $4,000 weekly minimum, and it’s open to discussion.

  3. 3

The first draw reserves your start date

No 30–50% labor deposit. Crews mobilize, and you buy materials from our lists at cost.

  4. 4

    Pay as the work progresses

Each week Mason reports the work; each draw is credited toward your contracted price until the job is done.
