This Privacy Policy explains how Seller's Little Helpers (“SLH,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit sellerslittlehelpers.com, submit a form, book a scope visit, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and company name if you provide one.
- Property and project details: property address and city, property type, size, number of units, condition, known problems, exit strategy, links to photos or listings, and anything you write in a message or project description.
- Portfolio details: how many projects you run, your investment strategies, and your timing, if you apply for our Portfolio Partner program.
- Scheduling preferences: the dates and times you request for a scope visit.
- Text message consent: whether you agreed to receive text messages from us.
Information collected automatically
- When you submit a form, we record the page you submitted it from, the page you first landed on, the site that referred you, any campaign tags or ad click IDs in the link you used (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, or gclid), your IP address, and your browser's user agent.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, pages requested, and time of request, to operate and secure the website.
Payment information
The $150 scope fee is processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and go directly to Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe's use of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure which ads lead to inquiries. These tools use cookies and similar technologies. When you submit a form, we may share a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address and phone number with Google to match the inquiry to an ad click. You can limit this with your browser's cookie settings or at Google's ad settings. Stripe may also set cookies on its own checkout page to process your payment and prevent fraud.
We also note which page or ad campaign brought you to the site (for example, a campaign tag or ad click ID in the link), store it in your browser for up to 90 days, and include it with any form you submit.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, review your property, and follow up with you.
- To schedule and perform scope visits, prepare proposals, and deliver rehab services.
- To process payments and keep business and tax records.
- To send project communications, including weekly progress updates.
- To send text messages if you have opted in (see below).
- To understand which of our marketing channels bring in inquiries.
- To protect our website and business against fraud and misuse, and to comply with the law.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box, we may send you text messages about your scope visit and project, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates. Consent is optional and is not a condition of booking or buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at (708) 536-6700 or info@sellerslittlehelpers.com.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, including to provide services, keep business, tax, and warranty records, and resolve disputes, and then delete or de-identify it.
How we protect information
